Solaia Features

From the Captain:
This vessel has been designed to operate for long periods, in all weather conditions, with minimal maintenance and to be run by a crew of 6.

Vast areas of storage have been provided below the cabin deck, above the tanks. This is a state of the art vessel, that makes the best use of modern technology while not being dependent on any one system.

All areas subject to wear have been built in stainless steel. Safety, economy, sea worthiness, and attention to detail were prime considerations during her two year building process.

Delivery from the Hakvoort Shipyard was in February 2001.
